Hyper Crush - Keep Up - Single
Last Friday night, Hyper Crush stormed into the Roxy in Hollywood to celebrate the release of the new video for their hit Hiptronik single “Keep Up.” The show – which was sold out long before the doors opened – was packed wall-to-wall with hardcore fans. The darkness, tinged with hints of neon and smoke, set the mood for the unveiling of one of the best Hyper Crush videos to date.

The show began with two opening acts: indie-pop duo the Cataracts and  Far East Movement, the latter made popular by their radio hit “Girls on the Dance Floor.” Immediately following came the much-anticipated premiere of “Keep Up,” on the Roxy’s big screen, for the viewing pleasure of a few hundred rabid fans. It’s safe to say that the YouTube version does not do it justice.

If you liked the original "Keep Up" by Hyper Crush, wait until you hear the new remix by Vancouver’s very own: The Vanguards. If you haven't heard of them yet, then familiarize yourself with DJ Kemo, Big Syphe, Vago, hAZEl, Don Cristo and Fac. The Vanguards sound is just as diverse as their membership, with remixes of everything from Kardinal Offishal’s “Dangerous” to La Roux’s “Bulletproof.” “Keep Up” has a unique HipTronik spin, and The Vanguards have built their reputation on taking that one-of-a-kind sound to the next level.
