Hyper Crush: Video Release Party at the Roxy

Last Friday night, Hyper Crush stormed into the Roxy in Hollywood to celebrate the release of the new video for their hit Hiptronik single “Keep Up.” The show – which was sold out long before the doors opened – was packed wall-to-wall with hardcore fans. The darkness, tinged with hints of neon and smoke, set the mood for the unveiling of one of the best Hyper Crush videos to date.
The show began with two opening acts: indie-pop duo the Cataracts and Far East Movement, the latter made popular by their radio hit “Girls on the Dance Floor.” Immediately following came the much-anticipated premiere of “Keep Up,” on the Roxy’s big screen, for the viewing pleasure of a few hundred rabid fans. It’s safe to say that the YouTube version does not do it justice.
Girls on the Dancefloor – Far East Movement (FM)
This is the highlight of the "Animal" album by Hiptronik group Far East Movement. “Girls on the Dancefloor” became an instant club hit that spread itself virally amongst the DJ community before hitting the airwaves as #1 on Los Angeles's Power 106 FM. This is definitely not the last we'll hear from a team that's known as the "hardest working group" in the music industry.
