New Jack House – Dex Pistols ft. Jon-E

The Dex Pistols are easily one of Japan's most recognizable electro exports. They're mainstays on the Tokyo club circuit and have opened and collaborated with everyone who's anyone in electro, including Boys Noize, Crookers and Simian Mobile Disco.

Fronted by DJs Maar and Daruma, the suave and fashion-forward duo's latest effort comes in the form of the new track, "New Jack House," featuring guest vocals from Jon-E of Phenomenon fame. The song is literally hip-hop layered over a hard house track, as Jon-E switches back and forth between English and Japanese--and it works. The video, while not incredibly innovative, is difficult to ignore, if not simply to gawk at their sense of style. Look out for the Dex Pistols new LP to drop early this year.
