Back in 2006, Bart B More broke into the scene with "So It Goes," a real banger complete with buzzy bass lines and bouncy beats. Now with the added touch of MC Flipside's vocals, "So It Goes (A Day In The Life)" has become a monster hit; it's even spent weeks in the number one slot on Beatport's top ten. The track is a prime example of the HipTronik trend in the electro house scene as more and more producers are adding minimal to moderate hip hop vocal flair to otherwise standalone beats.

Toronto-native MC Flipside has been owning this movement as of late--armed with an impressive hip hop background (under his alias MIC Perri, he's headlined alongside the likes of Mos Def, The Wu-Tang Clan, and De La Soul)--as he strives to build a sound that fuses electro, urban, and pop elements. You might even recognize his guest vocals on other popular tracks such as Deadmau5's "Hi Friend" and Wolfgang Gartner's "Flashback."

Also known as "The Nike Song," Ron Carroll's Chicago house sound gets Bart B More's jackin' electro-breaks treatment, with a unique Hiptronik result. Ron Carroll is well known in the house circuit as a singer/songwriter as well as respected DJ/producer (for which he is also referred to as the "Minister of Sound"). You might have even heard Carroll's house hit, "Wonderful World," with Bob Sinclar and Swedish House Mafia's Axwell.

Meanwhile, Bart B More is slowly becoming a giant of the electro scene, with an affinity for putting his signature spin on a variety of sounds that range from minimal techno to British pop to hip hop (he can be found on his North American tour with fellow Dutchman Laidback Luke). With old school hip hop flair--and beats that will send anyone's inner bboy legs up in the air--"Walking Down the Street" is another superb collabo that showcases the talents of the underground.  This instant classic gets the shoulders swinging and should satiate both hip hop and house heads alike.
