Energetic – BoA

The third single from the US debut of Korean pop sensation BoA, “Energetic” is a hiptronik delight. Produced by hip-hop producer Sean Garrett, the aptly-titled track utilizes an invigorating dance beat, allowing BoA to showcase the signature dance moves that gained her so much attention in Korea. Spitting lyrics like, “Did you meet my speaker? / Ain’t he, ain’t he, ain’t he talkin’ loud?,” the ever-quirky BoA is consistently a great listen. And if you’re looking for more, fear not: a re-release of her self-titled album (in stores) even includes collaborations with Sean Garrett and Flo Rida.
