Electro hip hop outfit LMFAO are proof that HipTronik can reach a wider mass audience -- not that we necessarily promote that. We do, however, promote LMFAO's "Party Rock Anthem," which features the talents of Paradiso Girls and former X-Factor singer Lauren Bennett as well as fellow Party Rock writer/producer GoonRock. Redfoo and SkyBlu have teamed up with Hiptronik favorites like Hyper Crush and David Guetta, and the pair's work is nothing if not catchy, combining the best of many worlds to make a true "Party Rock Anthem."

Cassie's melodic vocals over the LMFAO-produced remix beat, "Let's Get Crazy," makes you wonder if this is going to be another one of those girls' club anthems. The original track was already a solid banging track, but with the new remix, it bangs even harder (although the drumline sounds like it was strongly influenced by Major Lazer). It also helps when you got AKON--and his midas touch--to feature on your song.

LA LA LA – LMFAO
The first time I heard this song, I remember thinking, “This song is going to become a classic!” In late summer 2008, I knew this song LMFAO had up on their myspace page was a bit before its time. Since signing their major deal with Interscope Records--a label that seems to be on the forefront of the Hiptronik movement--this track has become the flagship song for their summer/fall 2009 Party Rock campaign on a national level. This video also seems to have been a portal to introduce their label mates the Paradiso Girls to the world.
I AM NOT A WHORE – by LMFAO
Now, for a song we can all relate to. I was introduced to LMFAO’s “I am Not a Whore” in May 2008, via a live performance by LMFAO at a bar in Pasedena; I remember leaving the show singing to my friend, “I am not a Whore… BUT I like to DO IT!” Complete with Redfoo’s vivid description of his on-stage, crotch-grabbing experiences (by the crowd) and their own “Hip-Thrust” dance, this track celebrates a topic much loved by the human race!
SHOTS – LMFAO feat. Lil Jon
Lil Jon is probably one of the few artists out there who has been able to transcend different cultural niches and still remain authentic to his “dirty south” origins. One might assume that this was Lil Jon's latest evolution on the production circuit, but surprisingly, “SHOTS” was produced by RedFoo of LMFAO. This song was definitely a smart move for both parties and probably the first of many examples of cross-genre collaborations of the Hiptronik sound with the “dirty south” attitude.
Shooting Star (Party Rock Rmx) – David Rush
Originally by David Rush, this remix of "Shooting Star" was put together by the boys of LMFAO, who brought along fellow hiptronik artists Kevin Rudolf, Young Boss and Pitbull. The original track was much more mellow--but of course, party rock and hiptronik are anything but mellow.
