Superfast Jellyfish (Don Diablo Remix)- Gorillaz
In DJ Don Diablo's latest venture, we see him take on the Gorillaz viral track "Superfast Jellyfish" and -- quite honestly -- go nuts with it. Whereas the original track might be considered dull by a number of listeners, the remixes have been nothing but intense. And this one is no exception. Diablo makes this song almost theatrical and dream-like, interjecting the flow of the original into his HipTronik remix at just the right times. Eager to hear more? Crowd Control: Mr. White and Control Fridays

I stand in a flood of purple and green light rays, surrounded by a sea of swaying electronic junkies. Just as suddenly as he came on, resident DJ Mr. White passes the torch to the infamous Armand van Helden with a brief hug. The massive crowd in front of the stage roars its approval as his MacBook Pro takes center stage and bottles of Grey Goose filter through.
One fan behind the stage asks me if I “know Armand personally” and proceeds to effuse his love for the DJ. Another bystander tells me that van Helden was his childhood hero, a prelude to his suggestion that I be in his new cell phone movie. Hooligans – Don Diablo ft. Example
The days of Don Diablo the DIY artist are now long gone. The Amsterdam native signed a deal with Sony Music in 2008, released the third chapter of Sellout Sessions in 2009 and is now headed on his first North American tour. Now, the ‘Most Blogged Artist’ in the world has recently collaborated with Example to create an eclectic sample of beats in the club medley “Hooligans”—a screeching manifesto that commands your attention. The blaring horn is the riotous instigator that builds momentum and gets you amped for the adrenaline-pumping line. Watch out: this song is sure to get you into the hooligan mindset.
